We are proud to be a major supplier to a wide range of industry sectors, operating large MAAC moulding machines which allow us the capability to manufacture thermoformed plastic sheet in a wide range of sizes, in both single and twin sheet. Big Bear employs an experienced team of engineers, many of whom have developed their expertise in the automotive industry with quality and supply disciplines.

Big Bear is located at the heart of the Midlands, in Droitwich, enabling easy access to the motorway network, major rail stations and Birmingham International Airport.
Big Bear operates in its own large modern factory, and has invested heavily in state-of-the-art equipment, including large thermoforming machines for single and twin sheet moulding. We are committed to investing in new technology, quality systems, lean manufacturing and industry talent, and are accredited to ISO9001:2008, with additional experience of TS16949, the automotive standard recognised worldwide.

Big Bear specialise in moulding medium to large size plastic components in single sheet and twin sheet, using vacuum forming and pressure forming technology.
Big Bear’s speciality is the production manufacture of large and medium sized thermoformed parts in single sheet, twin sheet and pressure forming technology.
Big Bear operates 9 5-axis CNC trimming machines. All parts are trimmed on purpose-built jigs and fixtures. Trimmed waste material is collected and recycled.
Water Jet Cutting
Compression moulded lightweight interior trim components are trimmed using robotic water jet cutting system.
Big Bear has experience of assembling all manner of moulded parts to produce a final assembly.
